Is is ruining your confidence? .....
Painful? Annoying? Hard to handle? .....
No worries.. there are organic, chemical-free ways to banish your acne dilemma.
Everyone's skin is different. We all are unique and therefore what product(s) may work for one may not work for another. I am by no means saying that these at-home remedies will cure your acne, but heck, they're definitely worth a shot! (and cost a heck of a lot less then most drugstore cleansers/ acne treatments do..... and besides, they're all natural and you won't have the worry of sulphates, parabens or other toxins destroying your body!)
I, as an avid organic researcher will more then likely try one (or several!) of the listed ideas and will be getting back to you on my experience(s) with them!
The Easiest?
Mix salt with warm water and rinse over face. It removes all excess oils from the skin's surface. These oils that this solution removes are the oils that are over-produced, clogging your pores and creating your acne problems.
Freshly Squeezed Anyone?
Mix equal portions of lemon juice and rose water together. Apply lotion to face, let sit until dried on the skin, then rinse face with clear water.
Vampires Shouldn't Try This!
Take garlic capsules every day. These help to boost the immune system and kill bacteria.
Cooling Cucumbers
Blend cucumbers to make a paste. Apply to skin and let sit for about a half an hour. Rinse well with warm then cool water to freshen up skin and soothe redness.
Aloe! It's Vera!
Aloe Vera juice is a fast-acting acne solution. It also reduces the appearance of acne scarring.
Eggs for breakfast, or eggs for face?
Dab egg whites all over your acne to get rid of the bacteria.
*TIP!!!
Using toothpaste for an overnight acne banisher may be helpful to some, but for those with sensitive skin it isn't so great. The toothpaste will aggrivate sensitive skin making it more red and rashy.
Take care of your skin & happy acne-fighting!
